Where is my order?
As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse you get an email with a tracking number. The shipment usually appears in the system after 12–24 hours.
No update for days?
Delays of 1–2 days are normal during peak periods. After 5 business days without movement, contact us — we'll open an investigation.
