Withdrawal instructions
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day you took possession of the goods.
Exercising the right
Send a clear statement by email to hello@ravekultur.com. Sending the notification in time is sufficient to meet the deadline.
Consequences
We refund all payments without undue delay, at the latest within 14 days of receiving your return.
Voluntary extension
In addition to the statutory right, we voluntarily grant a 30-day return window.
